We called Lounsbury Plumbing first thing this morning for our leaking water heater after exhausting other avenues for assistance. We were told that they could have someone out later in the day but Darcy overheard the conversation and offered to come out immediately. He arrived within 15 minutes of our phone call. Darcy determined that we needed a new water heater and together with Joey we had a new water heater installed within 2 hours of our phone call to their office. They took such care protecting our home and they were so pleasant to have in our home. This wasn’t just good customer service, it was EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Lounsbury Plumbing has just acquired a new loyal customer!
